1. Booking and Deposit
To secure a booking for any service, a booking fee of $100 of the total service cost is required. This fee must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the appointment and can be used towards the total after the completion of your services.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your booking fee will be applied to your new appointment date.
Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing notice, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a fee of up to [50%] of the service total may be charged to your card on file.
4. Refunds
Booking fees are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or if the appointment is cancelled by the business.
